Entre Ríos - Parque National Pre-Delta

In the southwestern part of Entre Rios province, this 2,458-hectare national park was created ín 1992 ín order to preserve the environment typical of the upper Parana Delta area.

The islands that form this unit mirror the characteristic scenery of the Delta: albardones (rimmed scrub islands) with depressed inner lands covered with pajonales (scrublands) and ponds.
