Our booking system: We work only with large wholesale booking companies and we can offer the lowest prices because we pay the hotels in advance. This is why we also need to charge you in advance for any bookings. Upon receiving your request, we will contact the hotel for availability and then contact you by e-mail to confirm the reservation and only then, we will charge your credit card for the total amount of your reservation. Here is how our booking system works:
  1. You complete and submit the reservation form on line.
  2. We will check for availability and confirm the prices.
  3. We will send you an e-mail confirming price and availability.
  4. If you want to confirm, you give us the credit card information by fax.
  5. We reconfirm the reservation and charge your card for the full amount of the reservation.
  6. We send you a Voucher by e-mail with all information you will need to find or contact the hotel and contact our local representative.
  7. After you check out, we will send you a follow-up e-mail, just to make sure you are completely satisfied with our services.
Cancellation: You can cancel any reservation any time without any cancellation fee, except for some non-refundable hotel high-season packages, just the fee we have to pay for the credit card processing (7%). There is no fee for cancellations before payment is made.

Non-refundable reservations: If a package is non-refundable, it will be indicated on your reservation proposal.

Customer satisfaction: We are totally committed to your complete satisfaction and will do anything to make you happy and enjoy your trip. We constantly visit the proprieties we sell and check the services and conditions.

Feed back: After your travel is completed, we will e-mail you again asking for your feed-back and comments about your experience.
