In the heart of Palermo Viejo, the neighborhood that Borges loved and immortalized with his work, was the ”Hogar de Señoras San Vicente Ferrer”, founded at the end of the XIX Century on lands donated by a French lady to the Santo Domingo Church. A century later, this historic home was rescued from forgetfulness and reborn as the 1555 Malabia House, the first Design Bed & Breakfast in Argentina.
