Ver página em Português | Ver página en Español
For travelers, San Salvador de Jujuy, this province's capital, is the main doorway to the region. This city offers visitors splendid examples of colonial art, such as the gold-laminated pulpit of its Cathedral, carved in ñandubay.
Most tourists head for the Quebrada de Humahuaca, a vast Andean river canyon that boasts amazing archaeological treasures.
Pumamarca's steep landscape is stunning, particularly because of the polychrome strata that pile up to form hills and a unique mountainous structure.
