Capital Federal - Buenos Aires Hotels in Buenos Aires | Province of Buenos Aires | Ver página em Português | Ver página en Español
On the wide estuary of the River Plate lies the capital city of our country.
From the viewpoint of tourism, it is the foreigners' doorway to the country and the main magnet for domestic tourists.
The XIX century "great village" drive which turned Buenos Aires into a big city is reflected in many of its outstanding public buildings, sumptuous European-style residences, and an artistic and cultural development characteristic of the most important cities worldwide.
The city harbor has not only borne witness to successive immigration waves but also been the center of the importation and exportation activity.
Its history is reflected by its traditional music, tango, which depicts shady, lowbrow customs and characters, such as the compadrito, the suburbs and other urban folklore issues.

Campo de Golf de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires
Sitting in Parque 3 de Febrero, a short drive away from downtown Buenos Aires, this golf course is surrounded by the Jardines de Palermo, a park very close to porteños' heart.
Its biggest difficulty lies in the great number of out-of-bounds holes. In the large lake area, where you find holes 11, 12 and 14, and the famous par-three hole 7, you will need to tee off very accurately high over a eucalyptus forest, with out of bounds on the right and a small green enclosed by bunkers.
